Toxic tractor driver becomes a local decisionmaker

Big-farm guy, who told me he’s gonna spray fields with toxines while I’m asleep, became a deputy of Aluksne region municipal government.

Elections were in may. I checked results and they are rediculous. He had ~150 pluses, ~50 minuses and about 1000 indifferent voters for the party as such. Did really hundred votes made him a politician. Other members of his party had more pluses, but much more minuses. So basically he got in because nobody new him. Yesterday he was just another terminator on tractor with chemical weapons on board, but today – governator. This shows level of carelessness and ignorance of population. Democratic elections is gambling that results into business minority rule over indifferent majority; and how satanic this system is.

I don’t know what to expect…

This year he grows rhy on that field, which is close to my well. After some transparent granules he sprayed something extra, too. This time I dare not to ask. He can just smite me with increased land tax rate any time. I hope his political career shall take all his attention and lead him into situation that stops him poisoning land with agrochemistry.
