MP3 player – model BENQ Joybee 130 – this old mp3 player has a good option to change accu without soldering iron. Just replace AAA type accu (a common and not expensive accu available in almost every electronics shop) when it has aged. My 5 years old ipod shuffle (fake) lasts no longer than 1 h, so my bicyclerides have become quite boring recently, and I neither know where to get a new accu for it, nor I do have soldering iron and skills to fix it. Keiu gave me her old player, but it has a fault – battery container body is broken. Very thin plastic that holds the lid. So player does not work. Fix is very easy – just take a wooden branch and carve an opening in its side, where to fit the player. It will keep the lid and the player together. You can use a rope or rubber to additionally attach the branch to a player.
Take into account that wood shrinks as it dries, so don’t keep this wood on a player, when you don’t use it. Keep the wooden part in a cool place and away from sunshine, so that it wouldn’t dry extra fast. It will prevent from cracking.
