Forest of strength

Forest of strength is an open air sports hall in the forest far from civilization.

Main idea of the forest of strength is living a permaculture lifestyle with aim to gain achievements in health and sports.

Fresh air physical culture, fitness or body building that include working with nature, i.e., running, splitting and cutting, and carying wood, cutting grass, building of natural materials, swimming in lakes and rivers, riding horses, growing and eating vegetarian and raw food.
